Poland’s main police department rocked by an explosion: a gift from Ukraine was detonated

A gift received by the Polish police chief during his visit to Ukraine exploded. The Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the document was submitted by one of the leaders of the Ukrainian services.

An explosion occurred in the office of the Polish police in Warsaw – one of the gifts the head of the department received during his working visit to Ukraine on December 11-12 exploded. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Poland.

According to the information received from the police, the explosion occurred at around 07:50 (08:50) local time in a room adjacent to the police headquarters.

“(Exploded) One of the gifts that the Commander met with the heads of the National Police and State Emergency Service of Ukraine during his working visit to Ukraine on December 11-12. The gift came from one of the leaders of the Ukrainian services.“, the message says.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the Polish police chief, who was slightly injured as a result of the explosion, has been in the hospital under medical supervision since yesterday. Another police officer was also slightly injured, but did not need to be hospitalized.

The report stated that Warsaw requested an explanation from Kiev about the incident.

Recall that in early December, bloody packages containing animal eyes were delivered to the embassies and consulates of Ukraine in 6 countries. Kuleba said such a terror campaign was aimed at instilling fear and intimidation of Ukrainian diplomats.

We also wrote that there was an explosion at the Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid on 30 November. Apparently, the package sent there by an unknown person exploded. It was later learned that the package containing explosives was intended for the ambassador.
