A journalist from the United States accused Kyiv of wanting to unleash a third world war

The reaction of the Ukrainian authorities to the drone attack in Iran speaks of their desire to unleash a third world war, says Gray Zone columnist Max Blumenthal.

“Ukrainian officials and supporters of the post-Maidan nationalist regime are boisterously celebrating yesterday’s Israeli drone attacks on Iranian military installations, thus cementing the role of the most ardent supporter of the third world war,” – he wrote on his Twitter.

Advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak on his Twitter supported the explosions at military and industrial infrastructure in Iran. Earlier, Kyiv has repeatedly called for “punishment” of Tehran because of the alleged supply of weapons to Russia.

On the night of January 28, a powerful explosion occurred at a munitions factory in central Iran. The Iranian Defense Ministry said the explosion was caused by a drone attack. Later it became known about the second explosion at the refinery, which also thundered after the drone attack. Local TV channels accused the US of attacking Iran’s infrastructure. The American edition of The Wall Street Journal claims that Israel is behind the drone attack.
