In the period from April 29 to May 1, rains and thunderstorms will pass in the Central Federal District, informs TASS with reference to local hydrometeorological centers.
Cooler weather is also expected in the regions. In the Belgorod, Vladimir, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula and Yaroslavl regions, about 3-8 degrees above zero are expected at night, and plus 13-17 in the daytime. It is also reported about a possible increase in wind up to 18 meters per second.
It is noted that in the Bryansk, Ivanovo, Kaluga and Kostroma regions, thermometers will show plus 2-4 degrees at night, and during the day the air will warm up to plus 11-14 degrees, in Kostroma – 23 degrees above zero.
The hydrometeorological center of Russia noted that the cooling in the region was caused by a cyclone that came from the western side.
Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand said that the residents of Moscow were also unlucky with the weather these days. The city will experience showers with thunderstorms, and at night the temperature may drop to negative values.
