Actor Michael Douglas wins Palme d’Or at Cannes

The Palme d’Or at the 76th Cannes Film Festival went to actor Michael Douglas.

Douglas received the award from Uma Thurman, who called him an “eternal star”. After that, the artist made a solemn speech. He noted that the Palme d’Or is a prestigious award. He also said that Cannes stands out from other global film screenings.
