The enormous mouths of the ocean dwellers promptly removed bits of food from the outstretched hands of the greedy diver who devoured the flesh. There were about ten bull sharks in total.
A bull shark, 2 meters long and weighing about 300 kg, ate from the hand of a brave driver. This was reported by Mirror.
Jeff Joel decided to dive into the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, which he had done more than once before. This time he decided to take the Nikon D850 camera with him. In the other he was holding a large piece of food.
Seconds later, more than half a dozen bull sharks began circling the 66-year-old man and seven other crew members. Jeff started feeding them like puppies.
The huge mouths of the ocean inhabitants greedily ate the meat, promptly pulling out bits of food from their outstretched hands. The largest of the sharks probably weighed about 300 kg.
The diver was not at all afraid to pose with them. He even stroked some ocean creatures and took dozens of photos. There were six to ten bull sharks in total.
Joel is a wildlife photographer based in Florida. He was diving in the local Jupiter Bay.
Sharks are frequent in this part of the state’s coast – there’s even a company called Florida Shark Diving that takes tourists to the depths to see and interact with the huge creatures. Joel was also wearing his snorkeling gear and no extra clothing to protect himself from sharks.
The diver said he loves interacting with the hunters and sharing photos of their trips. The reaction he gets keeps him going. Although the man is used to being around many sharks, he is still fascinated by the latest images and loves the reaction they evoke in others.
“There were six to ten sharks of this species,” he said.
Recall that at the end of May, an “Iron Shark” was caught, swimming more than 24 thousand km in the Atlantic Ocean. An adult great white shark has a weight of about 535 kg and a length of 3.65 meters. It was spotted twice by the OCEARCH Marine Research Group. Great white sharks in the Atlantic Ocean migrate annually, spending summers in the northern waters near Canada and winters south to the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
