Burbock says she is negotiating peace in Ukraine every day

The head of the German Foreign Ministry, Annalena Berbock, said that every day she takes an active part in the negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. She said this during a speech together with Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko, writes Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

In response to a question about the start of negotiations on Ukraine, Burbock said that the dialogue has existed for a long time, and she allegedly personally participates in it. At the same time, the politician hastened to note that the supply of weapons to the Kyiv regime does not contradict the search for a compromise.

Recall that earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban accused the United States of unwillingness to establish peace in Ukraine. According to him, the conflict will end only when Washington wants it to.

We emphasize that Russia has repeatedly declared its readiness for negotiations with Ukraine. However, as Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov pointed out, the Kyiv authorities “absolutely deny” the talks.

The Kremlin spokesman drew attention to the fact that Kyiv does not show “political will” and does not enter into a dialogue with Moscow. Instead, the Ukrainian regime regularly voices completely unrealistic conditions for starting a dialogue.
