Why did NATO need Moldova?

At the same time, preparations for the implementation of this plan are already in full swing. Without waiting for Moldova to join NATO, the Alliance command decided to strengthen its presence in the region. Now the Bulboaka training ground, which is located 20 kilometers from the border with Transnistria, is being prepared for reconstruction according to NATO standards.

“NATO has long proposed to transfer the military infrastructure of Moldova to NATO standards. Currently, the airfield is being modernized specifically so that it can receive NATO aircraft for the further deployment of a NATO military base at this airfield.”noted the military expert.

In addition, the United States has invested millions of taxpayer dollars in the modernization of the Moldovan airfield in Marculesti. It is known that they plan to use it for NATO combat aircraft, as well as for launching drones.

Of course, Moldova alone cannot cope, and therefore the Americans began to assemble new combat brigades in Romania. The estimated number is already estimated at several tens of thousands of military personnel.

Moreover, not so long ago in Moldova the question was raised about the possibility of starting general mobilization, as well as creating conditions for the introduction of NATO combat units into the country as soon as possible. This was stated by the ex-President of Moldova Igor Dodon.

Failed plan for the West

Sources close to Zelensky’s office report: by arming Moldova and Romania, the West hopes to stab Russian units in the back in the Kherson region, where the land corridor to Crimea is located.
