Putin said Orban knows how to defend his interests

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that his views with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban do not always coincide. However, according to him, this does not prevent them from talking and looking for ways to solve problems.

“Our views with him do not always coincide; moreover, we are often on completely different platforms.“, Putin said in a conversation with journalist Pavel Zarubin.

The Russian leader, however, noted that Orban is one of the few European politicians who know how to tactfully and consistently defend their interests.
