A 22-year-old man was detained for posing as a model in Warsaw. He was robbing stores in a shopping mall until he was spotted by security. The website of the Warsaw police reports this.
The young man was wandering around the mall and when it had to close he climbed into the window and froze there like a mannequin with a bag in his hand. After waiting for the required time, the man went down and went “hunting”. First she had a snack in one of the cafes, then she bought jewelry from a local store. After the theft, he ate at the same cafe again.

The man fell for this trick and continued stealing the next day. After stopping as a model, she had a snack at the cafe in the shopping and entertainment center. He then went to a clothing store, where he “swapped” his old clothes into new designer clothes in the dressing room, and after changing his image, he again ate to his heart’s content at the bar.
This time he was unlucky because the “intruder” was spotted and caught by security guards and the police were called.
The 22-year-old man was also found to have burglarized residents’ flats and burglarized another gallery, where he took money from several safes after they were closed and attempted to steal other items.
Property Crime Unit officers charged the 22-year-old with theft. Upon the request of the prosecutor’s office, the court decided to temporarily arrest the person for 3 months. He faces up to 10 years in prison for these crimes.
