A Russian tourist spoke about the earthquake in Nepal

The day before, a terrible earthquake occurred in Nepal. The western regions of the country suffered the brunt of the impact, but tremors were also felt in many other populated areas. How it was in the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu, told REN TV Russian tourist Alexander Boldakov.

At the time of the incident, the man and his wife were at the hotel. Their room was located on the fourth floor. The earthquake itself began at night.

“In the evening before going to bed, I was lying in bed and felt that the bed was rocking like a cradle. It lasted about 30 seconds.”– said Alexander Boldakov.

Fortunately, the capital of Nepal was almost unaffected by the earthquake. There was no destruction there, and Alexander’s wife didn’t even feel the tremors.
