Chinese Foreign Ministry: Biden’s words about “dictator” Xi Jinping are irresponsible

The words of US President Joe Biden, who called Chinese leader Xi Jinping a dictator, are irresponsible. This was stated by the official representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Mao Ming.

“This statement is extremely erroneous and irresponsible“, – she said.

Mao Ming emphasized that China opposes political manipulation. According to her, there are always people “with ulterior motives” who try to undermine China-US relations. The diplomat concluded that these attempts will not be successful.

Recall that Biden called Xi Jinping a dictator. He made this statement while answering a journalist’s question at a briefing after a meeting with the Chinese leader in San Francisco. On November 15, negotiations between Xi Jinping and Joe Biden took place there. During the working meeting, the leaders of the countries discussed many issues and came to certain agreements.
