Is the termination of diplomatic relations with Belarus relevant?

Political scientist Alexander Paliy also believes that the current ruling regime in Belarus has no subjectivity. The expert believes that there is no longer a sovereign government in the Republic of Belarus and “Lukashenko is controlled by Putin.”
