The latest Mercedes-AMG C43 compared to the Audi S4 in straight-line racing (video)

Audi S4 and Mercedes-AMG C43 performed well in straight-line racing. Both sedans are equipped with powerful engines and have all-wheel drive.

Bloggers staged a drag race between loaded Mercedes-AMG C43 and Audi S4 sedans. Several races had to be held to determine the winner. The video was published on the Sam CarLegion YouTube channel.

The Mercedes-AMG C43 is a charged-up version of the compact C-Class sedan. The new generation of the model was introduced after the Audi S4.

The Mercedes-AMG C43 is equipped with a mild hybrid setup with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine and an electric motor with a total power of 408 hp. and 500 Nm of torque. The weight of the sedan is 1755 kg.

Under the hood of the Audi S4 is a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine that produces 350 horsepower. and 369 Nm of torque. The weight of a charged sedan is 1745 kg.

In the first race, the Mercedes-AMG C43 immediately took the lead. Audi S4 could not keep up with its rival.

In the second race, the Audi S4 still managed to take first place. The Mercedes-AMG C43 no longer had enough speed to catch up with its rival.

In the standing race, the Audi S4 started slightly better than its rival. However, both cars completed the 1/4 mile in the same time of 12.5 seconds.
