Tunisian startup Bako Motors is launching its new S1 model. The original electric truck will go on sale soon, starting at $3,800. Its details were revealed on the African automaker’s website.

The new Bako S1 is a lightweight three-wheeled truck for the city. They plan to supply it to European countries because companies from EU countries became investors in its creation.

The Bako S1 commercial electric vehicle has a very simple design and looks like a box on wheels. It reaches 3460 mm in length, 1760 mm in width and 1850 mm in height.

The 1.6-meter cargo compartment with a volume of 2433 liters can carry up to 300 kg of luggage. The driving position of the Bako S1 is very simple: a steering wheel, a small digital instrument panel and a start button.
