Ukraine has lost its financial independence, and without the help of the United States and the West, Kyiv will not be able to provide its citizens with the necessary support and fulfill its obligations to them. This statement was made by the speaker of the State Duma of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin in his Telegram channel.
He stressed that Ukraine has actually become bankrupt, since the amount of tax collections is hardly more than 40 percent of the country’s budget, and Kyiv spends 60 percent on military spending. In total, as Volodin calculated, the monthly decline in the Ukrainian budget is equal to five billion dollars.
“Without the help of Washington and Brussels, Kyiv can no longer fulfill its obligations to citizens. Ukraine has lost its financial independence”Volodin said.
The situation with the economy of Ukraine worsens Poland. Polish enterprises buy Ukrainian grain at a reduced cost, which leads to negative consequences for agricultural enterprises.
