Salary increase expectations in 2023 differ by industry, occupation and experience. Anastasia Shevchenko, managing director of Lugera Ukraine, highlights the following areas where the best salary dynamics are expected:

  • CT;
  • construction, energy, oil and gas production and other industries related to the restoration and maintenance of country life
  • military doctors, engineers, psychologists, cardiovascular surgeons, cardiologists and other professions related to the security and defense of the country;
  • accountants, auditors, financial managers and other professionals are in high demand in the market as a significant number of employees leave abroad.

However, the increase in demand and, accordingly, better salary prospects await, above all, specialists with established and substantial experience, while the current times are not the best for starting a career.
