How to apply for a subsidy in 2023?

For assistance in paying electricity bills, Ukrainians can apply for the assignment and provision of housing subsidies and a statement:

  • to the village, settlement, city council or central executive body for the provision of administrative services;
  • remotely, using the “Diya” portal
  • Visit the PFU service center on the web portal of the electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine or through the PFU mobile application or regardless of place of residence.

It is also desirable to prepare:

  • rental (rental) agreement for housing;
  • proof of income (if the declaration contains income unknown to tax authorities and PFCs);
  • IDP certificate;
