According to the head of the Kharkov Municipal Administration, we are talking about restoring the housing stock. Multi-storey buildings will be given priority.
The government allocates funds in the amount of 1.7 billion hryvnia for the restoration of housing in the Kharkov region. According to the Dumki publication, this was announced by the head of the Kharkov regional administration, Oleg Sinegubov, during his visit to Izyum on September 27.
He emphasized that the main focus will be on the restoration of multi-apartment residential buildings, as restorations can be carried out faster. Multi-storey buildings that are completely destroyed will be the last structures to be repaired.
Oleg Sinegubov also noted that currently 1.2 billion hryvnia has been allocated for housing restoration work in the Kharkov region, and projects have been agreed for an additional 500 million hryvnia. Thus, the region will ultimately receive 1.7 billion hryvnia for the restoration of the housing stock.
“This is the restoration of the housing stock. The priority is high-rise buildings,” the head of the Kharkov Regional Administration summarized.
Let us remind you that Ukrainians can independently calculate compensation for a destroyed house. An online compensation calculator has appeared for owners of houses destroyed during the war in Ukraine.
Previously, Ukrainians were notified whether they would be paid for their repairs and what should be changed in the existing legislation for this.
