According to him, as part of the reform of the EHR system, some changes have been made that could facilitate the medical examination procedure. But the expert notes that a separate question remains: the accuracy of the diagnosis established by the commission or the interpretation of the army’s medical documents and research results, since the degree of dysfunction of a particular organ (manifestation of the disease) may be different. “The task of the TCK is to mobilize as many people as possible, so if a soldier is declared unfit for military service, he will be considered limitedly fit. That is, the commission can interpret his illness at its discretion.
