According to Telegraf, the charity foundation called “My Mother” is trying to support women who suffered as a result of military operations in Ukraine and found themselves in difficult living conditions.
The Foundation assists participants, provides funding, advice and controls the intended use of funds. According to journalists, six categories of women can receive cash payments. They have the opportunity to spend aid on a limited list of goods.
The following categories of women can receive assistance:
- spouses and/or children of those killed in the conflict zone;
- Spouses and/or children and/or parents declared dead or missing as a result of Russian aggression;
- Husbands and/or children and/or parents serving in the Ukrainian armed forces, territorial defense forces, volunteer groups in the zone of active hostilities;
- Those whose houses were destroyed and/or damaged as a result of Russian aggression;
- Those who have a valid bank card;
- The person who gives the Foundation’s consent for the processing of personal data.
To participate in the program, women must fill out an application using the form published on the website, containing information about themselves and their family and their circumstances as a result of Russian aggression.
What can you spend money on?
Individuals will be notified if the application is approved. After that, participants joining the program must accept the terms and conditions and receive a card.
The list of product groups is limited:
- food products (baby food);
- medicines;
- hygiene products (diapers, diapers);
- household chemicals;
- products for children (educational games).
The publication states that it is strictly prohibited to spend money on purchasing any alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and smoking aids. You also cannot use the assistance to pay for participation in gambling or to transfer money or to give the bank card provided by the fund to third parties. The person must submit a copy of the check as a record.
