According to energy engineers, emergency blackouts are in effect in the Krivoy Rog region. In addition, approximately 200 thousand consumers in the Kharkov region are without electricity.
As a result of the night attack of Russian invaders on March 29, there was a power outage in two regions of Ukraine. Restrictions apply in the Kharkov region and Krivoy Rog. Ukrenergo reported this.
The note noted that in the Kharkov region, they did not resort to electricity restrictions at night, but hourly blackout schedules were introduced due to increased consumption in the morning. As of 11.30, the power of approximately 200 thousand consumers was cut off in the Kharkov region.
In addition, due to the consequences of the night attack, electricity consumption in Krivoy Rog remained limited. Emergency closures have been in effect in the region since night.
Energy experts state that “with the increase in consumption in the evening hours, it is possible to implement measures to limit consumption in other parts of the eastern and Dnieper regions.”
It was reported that the energy system was working stably even after the enemy’s night attacks and no power outages were expected.
Let us recall that on the night of March 29, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a massive missile attack on Ukrainian territory. The enemy attacked the territory of Ukraine with “Daggers” and cruise missiles. Explosions occurred especially in the Dnepropetrovsk, Khmelnytsky and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
According to the Air Force, the Russians fired 99 Martyr-type missiles and attacked UAVs. Defense forces managed to capture and destroy 84 air targets.
