A few months after the alleged attack, Pinkerton said that Cosby invited her to his Chicago theater show, where she claims he forcibly kissed and caressed her.

The lawsuit alleges that NBC, Kaufman Astoria Studios and Carsey-Werner Television should have known that Cosby was a danger to women and failed to protect Pinkerton.
Cosby’s spokesman Andrew Wyatt said late Friday that Cosby “continues to vehemently deny all charges against him and looks forward to defending himself in court.”
