American scientists from the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) have found a simple way to reduce the risk of developing heart disease by 10-13%. According to researchers, this can be done through a special diet.

Experts recommend adding more vegetables, fruits, nuts, and whole grains and low-fat dairy products to your diet. According to studies, a diet rich in these foods, on average, reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular disease by 10% in men and by 13% in women.
