The most useful dish was champignons with cheese. This appetizer is cooked in the oven.
“You need to take medium-sized mushrooms, wash them, bake them in a preheated oven (up to 220 degrees) for 3-5 minutes. Ready-made mushrooms can be sprinkled with a little cheese”, – said the doctor.
In second place in terms of usefulness were canapes on skewers. For their preparation, you will need shrimp, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
And the last snack on the nutritionist’s list was an assortment of baked vegetables. You can make it, for example, from zucchini and eggplant.
“You need to bake vegetables in the oven, then put them on a plate in several layers and sprinkle with herbs”, – Tikhomirova explained.
