License to kill: “magic” doctor “sucks” cancer out of Russians

In treatment, the main thing is not to believe the charlatans who promise alternative ways to defeat any disease, you just have to pay. And, alas, there are more and more of them. Moreover, the worst thing is that some of them have all the necessary permits and documents. About who and how has already turned a doctor’s license into a license to kill – in the correspondent’s investigation “Izvestia” Natalia Grafchikova.

In a cramped room – ten beds. On one of them, next to a seriously ill woman, is Dr. Dmitry Raevsky. Right during the session of the healer, the patient begins to suffocate. But Raevsky is calm and continues to look at the screen of his gadget.

“Come on, push, push, give birth to health!” he encourages the patient.

Raevsky claims that he treats oncology using the so-called integrative technique. According to Yekaterinburg resident Natalya Okhulkova, the false doctor promised recovery to her son Andrei, who had cancer in the last stage. The family gave the healer one and a half million rubles. But the miracle, as expected, did not happen.

“I wrote to him that the treatment did not help. My son died. I heard a message in my address that there was an evil aura”says Natalia.

The miracle doctor has a whole network of clinics throughout Russia. There are even branches in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Legally, this is Zdravnitsa LLC. Judging by the data of the SPARK database, the beneficiary is Gleb Yuryevich Aleksandrov. This is the real name of the doctor. He took the sonorous pseudonym “Raevsky” after the scandal and accusations of creating a sect.

“He worked very closely with people, people gave him money, girls slept with him”– recalls the brother of one of the victims, Dmitry Ryaboy.

These shots were taken in the early 2000s. Still young Alexandrov shared a prophecy.

“In the Altai Territory there will be the city of Zvenigorod, from which the planet Earth will be controlled” Alexandrov says.

And this is already 2017. Video tutorials from the same person. Only now he is Raevsky. Founder of the School of Healers. A new name was given to him by a certain teacher, who endowed him with an extraordinary gift.

“My teacher flew directly to him, Jupiter. Made a circle. Approached and returned back.”– the newly minted Raevsky convinces gullible citizens.

You can approach the “magic” doctor strictly by appointment. So we did. Complained of complete loss of vision in the right eye. Raevsky – without analysis and examination, said:

“The eye is constantly rejecting tissue, because fiber is constantly being rejected in the psyche. We will need to undergo several sessions of psychotherapy.”

The cost of the course is 50 thousand rubles. Should have paid right away. There is a “treatment process” like this: you lie down on the couch, a girl sits next to you and communicates with you.

At the sight of the camera, the clinic staff instantly ceased to be amiable and announced a closed day.

– Now in the Raevsky clinic all the toilets are occupied, because the clinic employees have closed in them.

– Very funny!

We ask you to leave this territory!

– I’m not working, I’ll call the police now.

– Get out of here!

The front desk is strewn with flyers promising a speedy recovery. Of the equipment in the oncology clinic, only tables and chairs.

– Here, Yulia invites you to Raevsky’s clinic and guarantees that she will cure cancer.

– How many days?

Are you laughing now?

“You promise to cure cancer through psychology and the laying on of hands method.

– We have perfected the psychological part – the development of the conflict.

Only Raevsky himself kept calm. He was used to working for the camera – he didn’t even stop chewing nuts.

“They call me the ‘doctor of last resort’. When they are refused, people come to me and I cure them. We have an oncological license, we have a specialist”Raevsky says.

Here it is – the license. At the entrance to the clinic, in a conspicuous place. Number specified. We managed to find it in the Roszdravnadzor database. And then – to find the document itself. It states that Zdravnitsa LLC can provide “primary services” in a number of areas. Including oncology.

That’s just to get a similar paper, as they found out “News”not so difficult.

“There are hundreds of companies on the Internet that help with licensing their business, so I signed up for one of these companies, and I’ll come and try to register my medical center. They promise to give me a license in just three days”– says the correspondent Grafchikova.

In the conference room, the correspondent was met by an administrator and a lawyer who promised to help license the oncology clinic.

“I admitted that the oncologist who will see patients does not have the right education. But this, as it turned out, is not a problem!” – says Grafchikova.

“We can, for example, take the documents of another specialist for licensing purposes. It will cost about 30 thousand. We will drive this person into your company in the federal register of medical workers, when you get a license, you remove him from there”– explain the scheme in the company.

They also offered to solve the issue with the equipment – to rent it for the time of the check.

“They bring the equipment for testing, turn it on for one day, as if everything is working, and then they take it away,” – they say in the company.

You pay money – the license is in your hands. Often indefinite, like Raevsky’s “Health Resort”. And this means that it will not be necessary to confirm it, no matter how doubtful such treatment may be.

According to patients, payment was always accepted in cash or by transfer to third-party bank cards, in no case Raevsky. Apparently, this is why the clinic has almost no income in open databases.

“He said that he was very comfortable in dollars, because he constantly lives in Turkey”– says a former patient of Raevsky, Maria Makeeva.

But the most cynical side of Raevsky’s business is, of course, the promises that he gave out to seriously ill people. Professional oncologists say that “dealers in hope” are almost more dangerous than the disease itself.

“It’s a money scam and that’s not going to help. Patients are wasting precious time,” warns oncologist Konstantin Titov.

This was understood by Marina Kalashnikova, a resident of Perm, who was diagnosed by doctors with a terrible diagnosis – oncology. In search of salvation, she came to Raevsky, paid six thousand euros.

“There were about 20 people at the reception in St. Petersburg, three survived”– says Marina.

All the woman got was group therapy at an abandoned children’s camp. Here is the entry made there. But Marina is standing next to Dr. Raevsky.

Deceived patients are preparing a class action lawsuit. But this does not frighten the genius of “integrative medicine” – he makes ambitious plans. Here he said on his website that he had bought land in Altai. And what will the medical center open there – for children.
