On one condition: Arestovic announced that he would agree not to take back the occupied territories (photo)

OP’s former advisor shared his “pre-election program” in which he proposed not to recapture the territories captured by Russia if it joined NATO. Their proposals include allowing men to leave Ukraine.

Former freelance advisor to the Presidential Office and blogger Alexei Arestovich shared his “pre-election program”. This is known from his publication on social networks dated November 1.

“The moment has come,” he wrote.

One of the items on the published list is about temporarily occupied lands. Arestovich agrees to refuse to take back territories seized by the Russian Armed Forces if Ukraine is admitted to NATO.

“An offer to the collective West – we are ready for Kissinger’s option – we demand entry into NATO with the obligation not to take back the territories occupied at the time of entry, but to ensure their return only by political means,” says the “program”.

The blogger also suggests imposing a state of emergency in Ukraine in the fields of economy, national security, energy and finance.

“The goal is to reduce procedures and speed up development,” he said.

Arestovich did not forget about the hostilities, calling on the army to conduct strategic defense at the front.

“We are changing personnel policy in the Defense Forces to a people-oriented policy: saving more lives, training more specialists,” he said.

The blogger proposes changing the mobilization system to allow men specifically responsible for military service to travel abroad.

“We are starting the training of reserves to warn and rotate those who are mobilized. We are releasing the men abroad on the condition that they return if they are drafted into the military,” he said.

Arestovich proposed a number of reforms, especially pension and judicial reforms. “This is a start,” he added.

Let us recall that earlier blogger Alexei Arestovich suggested that men responsible for military service should be allowed to leave Ukraine with certain restrictions. According to his plan, Ukrainians would have to sign a special commitment to the TTK in order to return in case of compulsory military service.

On October 14, Alexey Arestovich said that Ukraine was in a “strategic impasse”. According to him, the state administration insists on the “wrong policy” and is dragging the people into “disaster”.
