Putin spoke about peace negotiations with Ukraine: “Kiev and Odessa were temporarily occupied”

According to former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, “negotiations” can be held until the NATO-backed Ukrainian Armed Forces are completely defeated and surrendered. He also said that Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov and Nikolaev were “temporarily occupied” by Ukraine.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev outlined the Kremlin’s position in possible negotiations with Ukraine on a peace agreement in 2024. The Russian politician wrote this on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the war will continue and its goal is the disarmament of Ukrainian troops and the overthrow of the current government in Kiev.

“Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk (Dnepr – ed.), Kharkov, Nikolaev, Kiev are Russian cities, as are many other temporarily occupied cities,” Medvedev said. “They are all still marked in yellow-blue on paper maps and electronic tablets. ”

“Negotiations” could be held until the complete defeat and surrender of NATO-backed Ukrainian troops, he said, noting that half a million Russian citizens have been accepted into contract service in the Russian armed forces since January 1 last year.

Let us recall that, according to ISW forecasts, the West changed its strategy in Ukraine: from complete victory to a better position in negotiations with the Russian Federation.

It was also reported in the media that German politicians were “tired of war” and were considering peace talks with the Russian Federation.

According to German Ambassador to the Russian Federation Alexander Graf Lambsdorff, Putin will not stop at least until 2030 because he has no health problems.
