Valencia transferred the 25-year-old Portuguese striker Goncalo Guedes to the English Wolverhamton Wanderers.after the player has played last five campaigns in Mestalla, with whom he had another two years of contract.
The Valencian club has not confirmed the numbers of the treaty in the statement in which he announced it, although various sources suggest that VValencia will receive a fixed amount of about thirty million euros, which can increase depending on certain variables.
Gedes has arrived to Valencia in the summer of 2017 on loan from PSG and after a brilliant debut campaign the following summer, the Valencian club took over his ownership in a transaction closed directly by its largest shareholder, Peter Lim, for forty million euros plus variables.
In subsequent seasons at the club, Guedes, who suffered from various injuries, was much more irregular and, in fact, lost his place in the team.
