This Sunday Sergio Perez won the Singapore Grand Prix and his feat made several celebrities from his country proud, like Canelo Alvarez and Alex Laura.
It was the lead singer of El Tri who prepared to celebrate the victory with a song written especially for the Mexican pilot, which he sang, recorded on video and immediately went viral.
“Congratulations champion, you did it, your dream came true.. Congratulations, champion, well done, you managed to become the best; I’m going to throw this ball, dropped this ball very well. After a long time, today everyone knows that you are the best. Congratulations champion, congratulations champion, there is no one better than you, ”the Aztec rocker interpreted in front of the cameras.
At the end of the video, Laura congratulates Checo Perez and says goodbye in her own way: “Congratulations to Cheko Perez, number 1. And long live rock and roll!” mentions.
The Mexican driver added his second win of the 2022 Formula 1 season after winning the Monaco Grand Prix. With this result, Pérez is only two points behind second place Charles Leclerc, who has 237 points in the individual classification.
