MMA fighter from Russia Movsar Evloev defeated Brazilian Diego Lopez in the featherweight division at the 288th UFC tournament. The fight took place in Newark, USA.

Initially, the Russian was supposed to enter the octagon with the American athlete Bryce Mitchell, who withdrew from the tournament due to injury, less than a week before the fight.

The fight with Lopez lasted three rounds. The judges awarded the victory to Evloev unanimously.
