Rubiales case: judge calls to declare former coach Jorge Wilda and coach Jorge Luque under investigation

National Court Judge Francisco de Jorge, who is investigating the case of the former president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) Luis Rubiales for crimes of sexual assault and coercion of a football player Jenny Hermoso, decided to involve former coach Jorge Vilda and national team director Albert Luque as subjects of investigation.

The magistrate began his series of examinations Monday with testimony from Jenny Hermoso’s brother and friend, as well as two experts who prepared a report at the request of Rubiales’ defense.

The football player’s brother and her friend ratified and expanded the statement that the football player had already given to the prosecutor’s office when he formalized his complaint against Rubiales.
