This new image form joins the classic the round shape of standard accounts, and the hexagonal shape of one of those users who have a Twitter Blue subscription and choose to include NFT as their profile picture..
The addition of the square format comes at a time when Twitter is looking to bring unique new features to those users who choose to subscribe to its premium service called Twitter Blue. In the case of companies that have a subscription to this service, they will have the option to link the account to the account of their employees or other companies.
Once it’s done linked accounts will display a business profile icon in a way that makes their connection obvious.
