To do this, it will be renamed the Center for the Production of Electric Motors. Instead, the Castle Bromwich plant will be expanded to be able to supply sheet metal for next-generation model bodies.


As for Land Rovers, orders for the first electric model of the Range Rover family they will be gone by the end of the year. A model that will then launch in 2025 and be built at the Halewood site. Land Rover will use two platforms for its future models. In particular, future cars will be based on both EMA platform (electrified modular architecture) and both on MLA platform (Modular longitudinal architecture).

The first will be used only for 100% electric models, while the second will be used for endothermic, hybrid and electric vehicles. With the flexibility of this second platform, Land Rover will be able to offer a range of vehicles to meet the needs of a wide variety of markets.
