Former President Bill Clinton, who ruled the country from 1993 to 2001, spent part of his adolescence in a modest and simple home in Hot Springs, Arkansas, which returned to the news a few hours ago after it was announced that it was up for sale. He and his family lived in it from 1954 to 1961, and its construction dates back to 1896.
Despite its age, the house does not look the same as it originally did, as at that time its architecture was in the style of Queen Anne, but after the renovation carried out in 1938, it became the Tudor style.
The house known as Birnbaum-Subec and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was released for sale $345,000 and it needs a radical renovation.
According to a technical file published by various real estate media outlets, the residence has the extension 3708 square feetwith six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and other facilities. The furniture is no longer inside, so it is not known what kind of touch the previous owners gave it.
Outside, there are green spaces and a very beautiful view of the mountains, which gives this space a touch of peace and tranquility.
