SBU operators guided a drone into the ammunition bay of a Russian tank. As a result of the hit, almost nothing remained of the enemy equipment.
Soldiers of the Alpha Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine destroyed a Russian tank using an unmanned aerial vehicle near Avdeevka, Donetsk region. Ukrainian volunteer Sergei Sternenko reported this on his Telegram channel on January 15.
“Incredibly beautiful destruction of a Russian tank by drone,” said Sergei Sternenko.
He noted that the Ukrainian army forced the enemy tank to “evaporate”. Drone operators in particular have entered BC military equipment to help him with this.
Sergei Sternenko published a video showing how the Ukrainian army recorded the movement of a Russian tank in the field. Following its target, the drone made an accurate shot at the ammunition compartment of the vehicle. As a result, a powerful explosion occurred – fire and dense smoke rose into the sky, and military equipment stopped working and could not be repaired.
