A wine shop was found in the northern part of the complex, which housed a number of workshops with grape and olive pressing facilities. However, scientists cannot say exactly what type of wine was sold in this store due to a lack of data. Archaeologists think that in addition to wine, other products such as olive oil were sold in this store.

Archaeologists found 60 bronze coins in a liquor store. Most of the coins date from the period between 337 and 361 AD. Archaeologists also discovered the remains of marble table tops and vessels made of bronze, glass and ceramics.

Scientists think that the ancient liquor store was most likely destroyed by a sudden event such as an earthquake, which led to the store being demolished and abandoned.

Scientists found coins scattered throughout the room and suggested that they were kept in some type of container that had fallen and broken during a catastrophic event. Therefore, all the money was scattered on the ground.

Archaeologists cannot yet say for sure whether the destruction in the liquor store was caused by an earthquake. Perhaps the roof of the store collapsed due to heavy rain. After the collapse of the building, local residents made no effort to buy anything from the store. Research shows that the entire complex where the store was located was abandoned at the beginning of the 5th century AD.
