Ukraine is considering creating a cyber diplomat position due to rapid technological progress in the world. This was stated by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexey Danilov at the opening of the Kiev International Cyber Resilience Forum 2024.

Danilov also noted that Ukraine may soon adopt foreign experience and introduce the cyber diplomat position.
“There is a big movement in the world now – today every country is starting to understand this and there are already cyber diplomats in a large number of countries. I think that such a position will definitely appear in our country soon too – a cyber diplomat, because this is a very, very important position for light in this world It is a field of struggle,” said Danilov.
