The American military has expressed fears that China will not comply with the space agreement.
U.S. Space Force Brigadier General Anthony Mastalir, commander of the Indo-Pacific Division, is concerned that China is using the Moon to launch attacks, according to Futurism.
China may not comply with the 10-year space agreement that requires all countries in the world to use space solely for the benefit of humanity, according to a US military official.
“From a military perspective, I’m interested in whether there are attack vectors that we haven’t considered or that we should consider,” Mastalir says.

He cited two main areas of concern for the United States. The first is outside geostationary orbit, where satellites usually operate, and the second is in cislunar space.
