If your smartphone allows you to uninstall a system application, you should not take risks because the consequences will be dire and irreparable.
Social network user X (formerly Twitter), under the pseudonym Eziosystem32, showed what happens if you delete the Android System application on your smartphone. 9to5google turns out that this can lead to very sad consequences.
In the complete list of applications on the smartphone there is also one – the Android system. But this is not one of the many pre-installed applications, but an essential part of the Android operating system. Due to its importance, the Android system application is blocked from removal on the vast majority of devices. However, it seems that the protection does not work on some smartphones. User Eziosystem32 managed to prove this.
A user noticed that the Uninstall button on the Android system app details page on his phone was not grayed out. He decided to check if the button was active and clicked it. You can see what happened next in the photo below. The following message appeared on the screen: “System has been destroyed. Press the power button to shut down.”
The smartphone was immediately blocked without the possibility of recovery. The lesson here is that if an Android phone allows you to delete, say, an important system app, you shouldn’t do that because the consequences will be dire.
Fortunately, the Xiaomi smartphone manufacturer that Eziosystem32 uses contacted him to explain the details of everything that happened. It turned out that this was not a regular retail phone, but a prototype for development purposes.

However, allowing even an OEM to accidentally crash a smartphone is serious negligence on the part of the manufacturer. To rectify the situation, Xiaomi offered to replace this phone free of charge, but unfortunately there are no Xiaomi branded stores in the country where Eziosystem32 lives.
