“Sleep is good.” Actress Jennifer Aniston shares her beauty secrets

The “Friends” star gave an interview in which she admitted that beauty and youth allow her to sleep and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Jennifer Aniston, 54, admitted that she had long underestimated healthy sleep but now does everything to sleep in comfortable conditions. And she’s sure this habit helps her maintain her beauty and youth, writes InStyle.

Many archaic sayings support the idea that sleep is for the weak or the dead, implying that a person spends these eight to nine full hours motionless. And opponents of long sleep give the example of Napoleon, who, according to legend, only needed 4 hours a day to feel rested.

Symbol of eternal youth and advocate of a healthy lifestyle, Jennifer Aniston refutes any view that neglects the importance of sleep. The Friends star revealed that her decade-long battle with insomnia is taking its toll on her health.

The actor even partnered with the Capture the Night and Day campaign to raise awareness about healthy sleep. As she began to learn more about sleep and what it does for the body, she realized how important it was.

“Your body is resting from all the work it does during the day. Insomnia causes all sorts of health problems,” he explains.

And there is no way to make up for this loss. No matter how much sleep you get on the weekend, you can’t make up for the sleep you lost. “It’s a deficiency that you can never undo,” Aniston says.

The Emmy-winning actress recently wrapped filming for the third season of the hit Apple TV+ series The Morning Show and is gearing up for the release of Murder Mystery 2, the sequel to her and Adam Sandler’s Netflix blockbuster.

It is clear that sleep is very important in such a busy schedule. The routine helps her calm down after a long day on set.

She suggests meditation, soothing baths, and completely ignoring social media in bed.
