Contents:

  • 150 g potatoes
  • 100 g carrots
  • 50 g celery root
  • 1 small onion
  • 100-150 g zucchini
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 allspice peas
  • 1st. l. sunflower oil
  • salt to taste
  • 600-800 ml of water

First of all, you need to preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and while the temperature is gaining, you can peel the carrots and onions and wash the potatoes well, but do not cut the skin. Cut vegetables into large pieces, sprinkle with vegetable oil and send to stew in the oven for 15 minutes.

While the vegetables are boiling, prepare a pot of water and bring it to a boil, add the cooked vegetables you have taken from the stove. Don’t forget to add bay leaves, black pepper and salt to taste as seasoning. All this is cooked on low heat for about 10 minutes.

While your soup is cooking, dice the zucchini and add it to the pan about a few minutes before the soup is ready. It is not necessary to digest the squash – it should remain somewhat firm.
