- 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 0.5 teaspoon of hops-suneli;
- 0.5 teaspoon of sahara;
- 1 glass of water;
- dill or parsley for serving.
Heat the pan, pour the oil. Rinse the meat, pat dry with paper towels and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a separate bowl, mix tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika, hops hops, sugar and water.
When the oil in the pan is hot, add the meats and fry over medium heat until golden brown, turning occasionally. Do not put too much meat, it should be fried, not boiled.
