Contents:
- biscuit “lady fingers”;
- cocoa;
- egg yolk – 1 pc.;
- sugar – 200 g;
- a bag of vanilla sugar;
- flour – 4 tbsp. I;
- cornstarch – 4 tbsp. I;
- milk;
- any cottage cheese.
Cooking method:
First we make the cream. For this, you need to combine egg yolk, sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, flour, cornstarch and milk in a thick-bottomed saucepan, mix until there are no lumps and set it on fire. Cook the cream on medium heat, stirring constantly, until there are no lumps. As soon as the cream thickens, stir vigorously, boil for another minute and remove from the heat.
Transfer the cream to another container, cover it with cling film so that it does not get air, and leave it to cool at room temperature. Then add curd cheese to the mass and beat for a couple of minutes until smooth.
Take a detachable form, arrange the edges with cookies, put the cookies on the bottom, pour a little cream. Flatten and place another layer of cookies on top and top with remaining cream. Flatten again and sprinkle cocoa on top. Send it to the refrigerator to cool.
