“Cupid Arrows” salad with shrimp and pomegranate

Contents:

  • Chinese cabbage – 300 g;
  • shrimp – 200 g;
  • crab sticks – 100 g;
  • pomegranate – 1 pc.;
  • canned pineapple – 150 g;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

Boil the shrimp in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender. Clean them from crusts and entrails. Leave some shrimp to garnish the salad and cut the rest in half.

Cut the crab sticks into small pieces. Drain the pineapple from the syrup and cut into cubes.

Cut the bok choy into small pieces with your hands. Place on a large plate, pressing lightly with your hands to form the salad base.

Place half the shrimp, half the crab sticks and half the pineapple on top of the cabbage. Pepper and salt to taste. Repeat the layers one more time.

Separate the pomegranate into seeds and carefully clean them from the white parts. Garnish each side of the salad with pomegranate seeds.

Drizzle the salad with mayonnaise or any other dressing of your choice. Decorate the salad with whole shrimp, arrange them in the shape of hearts or other shapes.
