Grapes are used to make wine, juice, and raisins, but try making jam.
You only need two ingredients to make this delicious blue grape jam: jam and sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar yourself. You may want to make less sweets.
You can use black grapes or green grapes. Or make a mix. You can also add two sliced apples to the jam during cooking to make the jam more gelatinous thanks to the pectin. Or the juice of two oranges for a citrus flavor. How to make grape jam described on the Giallo Zafferano website.
Black grape jam can be used as a filling for delicious tartlets and cakes, as well as spread on breakfast toasts.

Contents:
- grapes (peeled) 1 kg;
- sugar 300 g
Make sure you have new lids and sterilized jars for making grape jam.
Separate the grapes from their branches and wash them thoroughly under running water. Drain and remove the pits by slicing each grape with a small knife. If you do not do this, the jam can still be boiled, but it will need to be rubbed through a sieve so that the bones do not fall into the jar.
Pour the grapes into a large saucepan. Let it boil over medium heat. This will take about 20 minutes without forgetting to stir. Add sugar and cook on low heat to 108 degrees. This will take about 20 minutes, we recommend using a cooking thermometer.
For more precise work, using a funnel, pour the still hot jam into pre-sterilized jars (we used 300g jars). Close the lid, taking care to create a vacuum.
Grape jam can be consumed 2-3 weeks after preparation.
Keep the grape jam away from heat and light sources for about 3 months. If you open the jars, they should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a few days.
