They wanted to disrupt the TNMK charity concert in Slovenia because of Russian propagandists

The group’s manager, Svyatoslav Rumezhak, said that the show was planned to be held at the Menza pri koritu club. However, left-wing radicals began to threaten the club owner and so he had to look for a new site.

In Slovenia, in Ljubljana, the venue for a charity show in support of the special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian group “Tank in the Congo Maidan” (TNMK) was canceled. Musicians were called neo-Nazis. The group’s manager, Svyatoslav Rumezhak, mentioned this in a comment to Espreso.

It was reported that TNMK has been on a charity tour in European cities since the beginning of January with its “New Den” program. The musicians, together with the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine and the Diana Podolyanchuk Charitable Foundation, are raising money for Ukrainian intelligence officers and their families. A concert was planned for January 16 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

It was noted that the show was planned to be held at the Menza pri koritu club. However, Rumezhak said that the club owner started to act strangely during the final approvals phase after the New Year. So he accused the musicians of being unprofessional.

“But on the day of the concert, January 16, he called a few hours before the doors opened and said there would be no concert, because attention, we are neo-Nazis,” Rumezhak said.

According to him, the club owner said that TNMK’s songs contained lyrics of violence and cruelty. Representatives of the Ukrainian Embassy were also involved in the negotiations, but this did not help.

While the artists said they would pay attention to the styles, the artist said that Ukrainian musicians were aggressive and that he was “in favor of peace”.

For this reason, the musicians reportedly had to look for a new venue a few hours before the concert. The show still took place in a new hall, Pivnica Union.

“The concert included a charity auction and a box + QR code for donations. The auction raised 4,500 euros and donations are still being counted,” Rumezhak said.

According to him, it later became known that the owner of the Menza pri koritu club began to receive threats that left-wing radicals would enter the club to oppose the “Nazis”. Moreover, all radicals are supported by Russians. They boycott almost all pro-Ukrainian rallies.

“And these people called the owner of this club and said that we were Nazis and were making offensive propaganda,” he said.

It was previously reported that the Russian exhibition in Italy, which was about the “heyday” of Mariupol after the occupation, was cancelled. The city of Modena showed interest in the organizers of the Mariupol rinasce exhibition. According to the local mayor, they openly support Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
