Russia has not yet seen the proposals of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to specify the details of the Russian peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated to journalists by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the ASEAN summit in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
“We have not seen specific proposals that the Prime Minister of Armenia wants to make for discussion in the context of the Russian peacekeeping operation in Nagorno-Karabakh, so I cannot guess now,” Lavrov answered the question about Pashinyan’s words about the urgent need to specify the peacekeeping mission of the Russian Federation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
The Russian Foreign Minister added that any of the parties, whose agreements were reached by the presidents of the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia, have the right to offer additional proposals on specifying the details of the Russian peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh.
