Russia donated more than 200,000 school textbooks to the DPR

The DPR received more than 210,000 school textbooks from Russia from the Russian Federation. This was reported RIA News Prime Minister of the Republic Vitaly Khotsenko.

According to Khotsenko, Russia handed over about 213 thousand copies of textbooks to the DPR. As of now, about 1 million textbooks have been delivered to the republic from the Russian Federation.

In total, it is planned to transfer more than 2.5 million educational materials to the DPR by September 1. Technically, deliveries are carried out through the channels of humanitarian aid to Russia. The transfer of training materials must be completed by November 1.

The chairman of the government of the republic stressed that the work to provide local schools with textbooks is being carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR together with the Russian Ministry of Education, the Prosveshchenie publishing house, as well as curator regions.

Earlier it was reported that in Zaporozhye they are preparing to study at universities according to Russian standards.
