The leaders of the states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) signed 15 documents on the results of the summit in the Kyrgyz capital of Bishkek. This was stated by the press service of the Kremlin.
The list of documents signed following the EAEU summit is as follows:
- Protocol on amendments to the Treaty on the EAEU dated May 29, 2014 in terms of determining the procedure for collecting indirect taxes when providing services in electronic form;
- Decision “On the start of negotiations with the UAE on the conclusion of a free trade agreement”;
- Decision “On the Main Directions of the EAEU International Activities for 2023”;
- Decision “On Amending Clause 63 of Appendix No. 1 to the Rules of Procedure of the Eurasian Economic Commission”;
- Decision “On the Council of Heads of Authorized Bodies of the EAEU Member States in the Field of Energy”;
- Decision “On Amendments to the List of Sectors (Subsectors) of Services in which the Single Market of Services Operates within the EAEU”;
- Decision “On the list of priority areas for the liberalization of services in order to determine the sectors (subsectors) of services for which work will continue to form a single market for services within the EAEU in accordance with liberalization plans (during the transition period)”;
- Decision “On awarding the medal “For Contribution to the Development of the EAEU”;
- Decision “On Amendments to the Regulations on External Audit (Control) in the EAEU Bodies”;
- Decision “On the report on the execution of the EAEU budget for 2021”;
- Decision “On the budget of the EAEU for 2023”;
- Decision “On approval of the amount of the fee paid by economic entities when applying to the Court of the EAEU”;
- Decision “On the chairmanship in the bodies of the EAEU”;
- Order “On the time and place of the next meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council”;
- Instruction within the framework of the issue “On sources and mechanisms for financing industrial cooperation projects within the framework of the EAEU”.
Earlier it was reported that President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko called for a joint summit of the EAEU, SCO and BRICS, possibly with the involvement of individual ASEAN states.
