Southgate noted on its Facebook page that a large number of people received a misdiagnosis mailing list. According to him, “something is clearly going wrong” at the medical center.
Chris Reed, 58, of Norton, remembers bursting into tears when he saw a loved one’s diagnosis notification. He also said that he could not reach the health institution due to the intensity of the telephone line.
